Positive: Lovely hosts who were tending to all of our needs. The place was very warm (we stayed in March so it was pretty cold outside, still). We were there during the Pust carnival in Ptuj so we drove every day to the events in town (around 20min, one way). A lot of amenities, towels, everything you need to feel at home. While we were going home they gifted us with homemade pasta. At our arrival, they offered us with homamade wine and potica. The village that the apartment is placed is on a hill and there is space to go for a walk around.

Negative: The road leading to it is a bit narrow and curvy. Not the best for driving at night with a fussy baby at the back seat.

Positive: The hosts seem to really enjoy being hosts. The accommodations spoke of care and forethought: with two queen beds, a kitchenette, livingroom, and all the essentials. They've even converted an adjoining space into a spa, with hot tub and sauna. Every space has its own terrace, including a third in the common area. What I found most exceptional ids that the hosts engage in other productive ventures which compliment their offering: making their own wine, pasta, meats, and an assortment of prepared foods. Taking all that in, amidst the crisp hills of Slovenia made our trip an exceptional and relaxing retreat at Apartment Teja.

Negative: I'd have loved an 11pm official checkout time. 10 am is fine. And NOTHING beats the host coming out around midnight to let us in to our apartment. But, if i had to pick anything to naysay, it'd be that to project my late starts, and later evenings, onto our wonderful hosts.
